How to book
Simply print off* this booking form and send it along with your £20
deposit to;
Bridal Makeovers, 73 Hamilton Street, Atherton, Manchester M46 0AT. An email, text message or letter of confirmation shall be sent in return and deposit shall be deducted from the final balance. Cheques should be made payable to Helene Lyth. Do not post-date cheques. A booking can only be made upon payment of deposit. Deposit is only refundable if cancellation is made by Bridal Makeovers.
